TOLL CHARGES AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The only charges you should incur with GO Concepts are your regular monthly service fees.
However, if you don't choose an access number that's a toll-free call in your area, you may incur additional charges from your telephone company.
Here is some information about toll charges. And how to avoid them.

What is a dial-up access number?
A dial-up access number is a phone number used to connect to the Internet. This is not necessarily a toll-free call.

What is a toll-charge call?
When you access your GO Concepts account, the modem for your computer is making a telephone call. If the access number you are using to dial- in would normally be a toll-charge call when you make a regular phone call, then it is still a toll-charge call. When your modem dials it, you will incur the same toll charges from your telephone company.

How do I know if my dial-up number has a toll charge?
We recommend that you contact your local telephone company to verify that the number in question would be a toll-free call for your area. You should do this before you have your modem dial a GO Concepts access number.
You can reach your local operator by dialing "0". Let the operator know what number you're dialing from and what GO Concepts access number you plan to use. The operator will verify whether or not the number is a toll-free call for you.

It only takes a few moments, and it could save you a lot of money. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify this information. GO Concepts is not responsible for any charges you may incur.

What if I use the GO Concepts I-Pass dialer and access number?
All I-Pass access numbers require additional fees, just like a long distance telephone call. You will be billed by GO Concepts for the amount of time used while accessing a GO Concepts I-Pass number.
